Venchi's Chocoviar is a range dedicated to their Cuor di Cacao granules - a chocolate so rare, so flavoursome and so sought-after that it can only be compared to caviar. And this new Easter egg is our favourite from the entire series… They had us at the Suffragette colourway of white chocolate and that purple and green tin, but what's inside is even better. The smooth and creamy chocolate used to create the outer shell has been infused with pistachio paste and a pinch of matcha green tea powder, and it conceals an inner lining of pistachio grains, salted toffee and crunchy cocoa nibs. If Easter eggs could be awarded Michelin stars, then this would warrant them all. And as if that wasn't enough, there's also a surprise from Pantone inside the egg. Easter has never been so colourful. Silviano Venchi started to make chocolate at the tender age of sixteen back in the 1800s. His little shop in the city of Cuneo in Piedmont became renowned for the chocolate jewels he created using only the highest quality ingredients.
