Set the control knobs to low, medium or high for your desired effect. Integrated iGrill digital thermometer technology The Pulse BBQ comes with fully integrated Weber iGrill technology. Linked to your mobile app, the Weber iGrill allows you to monitor the internal temperature of your meats, so that you never have to worry about under-cooking your food or over-cooking. The iGrill gives you complete BBQ control from your mobile device. Use up to 4 iGrill probes at one time (sold separately). They're Bluetooth-enabled, inserted into food and then synced to the iGrill app on your mobile device, giving you cooking control. It takes the guesswork out of ensuring chicken, steak and other meats are properly cooked. Porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grates Cast iron grates evenly retain high heat temperatures providing you with incredible sear marks that every barbecue enthusiast strives for. Easy to keep clean, just pre-heat before using and gently brush away any previous debris. Pre-heating indicator Set the barbecue to low, medium or high, close the lid and wait. The Pulse BBQ emits a tone sound to indicate when it's ready to start grilling at the right pre-heated temperature. Dual heating elements The big brother of the Weber Pulse 1000, the Pulse 2000 produces 2200 watts of power with two heating elements allowing you to cook either directly or indirectly according to your taste. With two elements, you can sear a steak over the high heat on one side, while grilling vegetables on a low heat on the other side. Grease management system The barbecue's grease management system helps prevent flare-ups and any drippings not vaporised are funnelled away into a drip tray which can then be emptied.
