The three-legged design stimulates heat circulation around the Egg, just like a convection oven, without exposing food to the direct heat of the fire burning below. Use the ConvEGGtor with the legs down and it's compatible with the Big Green Egg Baking Stone on top for pizzas, plancha cooking and baking. With the legs up, it's compatible with a Big Green Egg Stainless Steel Grid on top for roasting and slow-cooking.
