Nitro has kept the Beast X's swing weight to a minimum with its classic low profile round nose shape, ensuring that it delivers the ultimate in feel and control, so no matter how technical your riding gets, you know that you're going to be in charge.Profile: True CamberThe Beast X's True Camber dissipates the rider's energy more evenly along the board's edge length giving a more stable and responsive ride as the edge is engaged along its entire length.ConstructionHeading up the Beast X's high-quality construction is the Powercore II. This is a tip-to-tail poplar wood core with additional beech wood stringers. This combination delivers the perfect balance ofstrength, smooth response and insane snap. Nitro then mill the core with their Whiplash core profiling to give the board its park riding characteristics. This advanced profiling reduces thickness between the feet to give the board a more predictable flex through the centre whilst adding thickness outside the bindings for added pop and pressing performance. Now to give the Beast X its powerful and dynamic flex, Nitro step up the structural layers to their powerful Tri-Lite tri-ax glass. This torsionally stiff glass reinforced with a carbon fibre Diamond Band running through the length delivers Beast X's trademark performance. The structural layers are further reinforced around the binding areas with Kevlar Ballistic Impact Panels. These protect the construction from impacts during hard landings. To enhance the Beast X's freestyle credentials even further, it utilises Nitro's new Ureshred sidewalls combined with the beefed-up Railkiller edges. This helps dampen out hard impacts whilst the extra thick edges are more resistant to damage.BaseSintered Speed Formula II Base.
