Features include internal accommodation, a raised deck area with banisters for safety and a robust 3-step ladder. Fully EN71 certified with two styrene windows to prevent any injuries from broken glass. Supplied unpainted. Conforms to EN71 European safety requirements for toys. The door is fitted with safety hinges that prevent little fingers from getting trapped and can be secured with the magnetic catch. Manufactured using Tongue and Groove cladding with a smooth planed finish to minimise the risk of splinters. Manuafacturer from Pressure Treated timber with a 15 year guarantee against rot and fungal decay. The windows feature shatterproof styrene glazing, a safer alternative to glass.
