The 4' x 4' Shire Playhut Kids Wooden Playhouse (1.19m x 1.19m) has a simple design and very sturdy build, so makes a great den for young children and will easily withstand the rigours of playtime.Made in the UK from premium 12mm shiplap cladding, on a 34mm frame, this wooden Wendy house comes with a 11mm OSB floor and 8mm OSB roof, ensuring outstanding strength and durability. The apex roof is fitted with a weatherproof felt cover to keep out the rain. Two diamond-shaped finials round off a very attractive appearance.Both the door and window are made using traditional, skilled joinery. The door is fitted with a roller catch and ring handle, so provides easy access to the interior. Once inside, the opening window offers plenty of natural light and ventilation. The window is made from shatterproof styrene, which is far tougher and safer than conventional glass.This wooden garden playhouse fully complies with BS EN 71 (CE) safety standards. All of the wood is FSC®-certified, so only sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is dip treated and supplied with an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as an additional 1-year parts guarantee. Both guarantees are dependent on following the manufacturer’s guidelines relating to assembly, usage and retreatment.Instructions and an installation kit are included for a straightforward assembly.Please note that the dip-treatment process means that this children’s playhouse is delivered in a honey-brown timber colour.
