Amazing vintage set of 3 large rimless bowls by Woods Ware. Perfect for cereal, soup or fruit/dessert. Beautiful mint green colour 'Beryl' design produced during wartime, the shortages demanded that designs should be simple & use as few resources as possible. This utility earthenware was rolled out up & down the country, popular in schools, church & village halls! Made in Stoke on Trent, England. Superb bowls in good used vintage condition. General wear commensurate with age in the form of some utensil marks to interior of bowls (see photos) however, no signs of crazing or major damage.
