Sean Mason and Mark Green were sat in the pub after a long day's work, enjoying a pint of a local beer and a packet of crisps. At this stage, they were just two farmers shooting the breeze. When suddenly, they hit on the idea of turning their own Lady Claire, Lady Rosetta and Taurus potatoes into crisps that celebrate their beloved Herefordshire countryside. Then, those two farmers became the Two Farmers. Committed to sustainability, Two Farmers grade their potatoes on their own farm to reduce road miles; they store, cook and pack their crisps using renewable energy where possible; and they use 100% compostable packaging that is completely plastic free.
