Wild Teasels are statuesque biennials, commonly found among grassy countryside verges and bordering field margins. Now you can grow these tall, spiky stems topped with cones of purple-pink flowers in your garden and attract bees and other insects. The spent seed heads provide a useful winter food source for birds but also make wonderful additions to dried flower arrangements. A lovely variety for the back of perennial borders, cut flower gardens and wildlife areas.
