You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies aside from those clearly highlighted must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that non faulty returns will incur a collection fee of £75 from the supplier which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible (failure to do so will result in a further charge of £150) so we advise retaining any packaging until you have assembled your Snug Sofa fully. Failure of delivery on the part of the customer will incur a £75 redelivery charge at the discretion of Snug Sofa.
