Cut the felts from the templates provided, make and decorate the flags and hang up this fab Halloween banner. Suitable for complete beginners, this kit contains everything you'll need to sew and assemble the banner. The only extra things you'll need are a pair of scissors and maybe some pins. This project is suitable for beginners but contains small parts so is not suitable for under 14's or to be used as a toy. Should be used under the direct supervision of an adult. All Make Arcade kits are designed and put together by The Make Arcade team in their small, colourful studio in Salisbury, UK.
