The Offset Smoker Grill is perfect for the ultimate in Barbecue experience. The Offset Fire box is used to produce the required heat and smoke which is passed gently into the cooking area. Adding BBQ Wood chips to the charcoal creates a wonderful flavour to your food. For low and slow cooking, typical of Texas, the fire box can easily be topped up with more charcoal direct from your charcoal starter allowing long slow cooking for hours on end - to produce the most flavourful and succulent meat. This can also be used as a traditional grill. Includes front rack for food preparation and wheels.
