This gas barbecue promises the highest quality when barbecuing meat and vegetables. It is based on the InstantReady concept and can be up and running instantly with the pressure regulator and gas hose included in delivery. There are 4 main burners each with a heat output of 3.5kW, providing grilling temperatures under the cast iron barbecue. An infrared burner is installed on the back wall of the heating wonder, which reliably keeps cooked food warm under a holding rail. Integrated into the left side table and concealed under a steel hatch is where you'll find the side burner which is ideal for preparing sauces and various side dishes in pots or pans. With its especially large cooking area, the central grate offers all manner of barbecue dishes. For example, hearty steaks, crispy sausages, tasty grilled vegetables or succulent fish. The large grill plate made from enamelled material ensures an even distribution of the heat so that even on the edges of the barbecue, everything gets nicely fried. With the large hood, slow-cooked barbecue specialities like pulled pork are no problem. Particularly noteworthy is the large window integrated into the barbecue hood, which allows you to keep an eye on the treats as they're being barbecued without loss of heat. The built-in thermometer in the centre of the viewing window makes it easy to monitor the temperature. If the barbecue is too hot or too cold, it can easily be readjusted with the rotary dial. The two side tables offer lots of space for barbecuing as well as surface space for dishes, pans, cutlery, drinks or spices. It also has 3 hooks for hanging tongs, skewers or spatulas along with an integrated bottle opener for fast refreshment.When one barbecue ends, another begins, which is why the enamel of the grate doesn't let anything stick to it and is particularly easy to clean. Excess fat is collected in a tray underneath the barbecue and can easily be disposed of from there. There are no loose coal sacks since the propane gas cylinder sits directly in the base of the barbecue. The gas flame also eliminates the laborious task of removing ash and bits of coal. Thanks to the smooth castors with locking breaks, it's also quick to put the barbecue away - so barbecuing is still fun the day after.
