The easy-to-read and operate backlit LCD display shows measurements up to 5kg (11lbs) or 5L in 1g/0.1oz/1ml increments, for weighing dry ingredients and liquids in imperial or metric. The add and weigh 'zero' function allows you to reset the scale weight to measure out multiple ingredients in one bowl, to save on cleaning up.
