A blossom of green tea and fragrant jasmine combining in your cup. Jasmine Pearl is a speciality of the Guangxi Province. At dusk the jasmine flowers open and the blossom is picked. Artisinally-rolled green tea leaves are then blended with the petals, left overnight to fully absorb the scent, before being sorted from the blooms, leaving just beautiful jasmine scented green tea pearls that unfurl as you steep them for three minutes. The resulting brew is a soothing and aromatic cup of springtime, which makes a wonderful after-dinner palate cleanser or accompaniment to spicy Thai or Vietnamese food.
