Summerdown's Mint Chocolate Collection contains Dark Chocolate Peppermint Fondants, Dark Chocolate Peppermint Crisp Discs and a mixture of Dark and Milk Chocolate Peppermint Neapolitans, each one infused with their cooling and breezy single-estate peppermint oil. Summerdown are the peppermint people. For almost three decades they've been slowly and sustainably growing, harvesting and distilling their vibrant Black Mitcham peppermint to create award-winning chocolates, teas, candles, diffusers and more. Black Mitcham peppermint is highly aromatic with a piercing flavour that blows through you like an arctic wind, but it's notoriously difficult to grow. Although it used to be native to England, this tricky herb had largely disappeared, but Summerdown have managed to cultivate over 100 acres from cuttings found in America.
