Description
Tasting Notes The classic Chinese green tea - green, pale and very interesting. Hongquin, meaning 'baked green', is a rare tea fired in ovens. Grown in the Hubei province's Dabie Mountains, the tea is picked in the springtime when the leaves are at their sweetest and then gently pan-fired which affords it a wonderfully delicate sweetness and aroma. Steep for three minutes to produce an intense and pure brew that's bursting with notes of summer lawns, sweet honey, chestnuts and roasted greens. We recommend this cleansing green tea alongside rich Asian food, seafood, salads or a handful of roasted sunflower seeds. Filled with 15 individually wrapped teabags, our stylish brightly coloured boxes make it easy to find your favourite brew in the cupboard. For optimum enjoyment, steep for three minutes in water that's just shy of boiling. Full Ingredients Green Tea (100%) in biodegradable teabags Keep in a cool dry place. Packed in the UK exclusively for Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7RJ.
