Grown in the Hubei province's Dabie Mountains, the tea is picked in the springtime when the leaves are at their sweetest and then gently pan-fired which affords it a wonderfully delicate sweetness and aroma. Steep for three minutes to produce an intense and pure brew that's bursting with notes of summer lawns, sweet honey, chestnuts and roasted greens. We recommend this cleansing green tea alongside rich Asian food, seafood, salads or a handful of roasted sunflower seeds.
