This sees an light and yet highly impact-absorbing foam core mated to a tough and durable hard-shell outer layer. In the event of a fall, the foam will dissipate crash energy while the shell maintains structural integrity. On top of this is the MIPS brain protection technology, a slip-plane design to lessen the effect of rotational forces upon the brain in a crash.
