Description
The Shimano RP9 Carbon Road Shoes are a stylish upgrade on the popular road performance shoe, the RP9. They still feature Shimano's Dynalast technology so you can be sure that your foot will be supported through the pedalling motion, reducing energy loss on longer rides so you can always finish strong. A Boa® IP1 dial replaces the old ratchet closure which allows a more granular level of micro-adjustability. The dial has a rubberized grip so it's easy to tighten or loosen the fit whilst riding. A hook-and-loop strap provides further adjustable comfort and stability for the lower foot. The supple microfiber synthetic leather upper has cleverly placed perforations to optimise airflow and has been treated with Silvadur antimicrobial technology so your feet will feel fresh even on the longest rides. With a lightweight construction, easy adjustability, great looks and carbon composite sole, the Shimano RP9 delivers the whole package for road riders who want all-day comfort and performance. Cleat Guidance These Road Shoes are compatible with road bike pedal systems that use cleats with 3-bolt standards, such as: Look Delta and Keo, Shimano SPD-SL, Speedplay Light Action, Zero, X-Series (via 3-hole adapter plate), Campagnolo Pro-Fit, Mavic Zxellium, Time Iclic/Xpresso and Time Impact.
