Pans in the range boast a drip-free rim and cast stainless steel handles that stay cool for longer on the hob. Fast heat distribution and optimum use of heat make each pan efficient thanks to the layer-on-layer construction of carefully selected materials. The range has a hard-wearing 18/10 stainless steel inside, an aluminium core for excellent heat distribution plus a copper exterior for a beautiful design. Aluminium runs all the way from the base and along the sides to maximise the heat distribution, reducing preparation time to a minimum and saving energy. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans. Worth knowing: Due to the natural oxidisation process, copper becomes tarnished over time. It can be cleaned by using a copper cleaner or a mixture of lemon juice, salt and vinegar which can be applied directly to the copper surface. In some cases, it might require vigorous cleaning to remove the tarnish.
