RST only uses full-grain Cowhide that offers excellent abrasion and tear strength. Each hide is visually inspected and batch tested before selection by one of their in-house craftsmen. Samtex with Leather Motion panels have been used to increase the range of movement on offer for the rider.For rider protection, these Jeans have CE level 1 Knee protection with a pocket to add additional Hip Armour if required. Due to these high level protection offered, this Jacket has been awarded CE certification rating of A which means that the protection on offer is deemed suitable for urban riding, with Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) requiring one second of abrasion resistance at 265.3rpm and half a second at 147.4rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet).Additional features include a Coates bonded Nylon triple stitched thread which is highly durable, and one outer pocket for the storage of essentials whilst out on the bike.
