It's Christmas eve and Santa is making his way through a snowy village, delivering the last few presents to the children on his list, when he spots a nearby stable with two ponies looking out. He parks his sleigh, reaches into the almost empty sack of toys, and pulls out some carrots that were intended for his reindeer. As he walks over to a nearby stable, he is suddenly greeted by cats, dogs, chickens, geese and even some robins come to see what is going on. Santa knew he couldn't leave them out, so he shared the contents of his lunch dox with them all. Santa smiled as he watched them eat, happy to have made their night a little better. This wonderful puzzle is the perfect way to get into the Christmas mood! This is the 27th Limited Edition Christmas puzzle created by the UK based team. Every part of his work is done by hand, starting with a rough sketch, progressing to a detailed pencil drawing, and then finished illustration. Each illustration takes months to complete and demands huge concentration and attention to detail, as errors cannot easily be erased or covered. Roy uses watercolour, gouache and pencils, building rich, deep and complex tones by applying translucent paint over an opaque base. Roy lives with his wife and family in the depths of Devon.
