Description
The British Library Intricate miniatures, set within barbed quatrefoils, depict scenes from the Holy Story: the Annunciation to the Shepherds, Nativity, Adoration of the Magi and Flight into Egypt. From a larger series within the manuscript illustrating episodes in the Life of Christ, taken from the Psalter of Robert de Lisle, created c.1310; now in the collection of the British Library.
