The Bozen Trapeze features an easy-step-through trapeze frame equipped with a modern, highly efficient Bosch Active Plus Gen.3 electric motor drive, a Shimano Deore 9-Speed groupset and powerful hydraulic disc brakes. It also rolls upon durable and lightweight wheels wrapped in high-grip Schwalbe Energiser tyres and it's kitted out with lights, a stand and a rear luggage rack. The Ortler Bozen model with wave frame and Bosch Active Plus electric motor drive and 9-speed derailleur is a 700c trekking electric bike (E-Bike) in a class of its own. Consistently high-quality equipment and thought through down to the last detail and always sovereign: the heart of the Ortler Bozen is its intelligent new Bosch electric drive. The efficient 250-watt motor offers optimum power development and propulsion on the mountain "without ifs or buts". 80 % recharged in just under 2.5 hours, thanks to modern E-Power, even long distances and demanding tours with many metres of altitude can be covered. The Ortler Bozen has the latest generation of Bosch E-Bike drives and is equipped with the most powerful 400-watt battery from Bosch. The intensity of the pedal force support can be freely selected in four stages and thus the range of the bike can be influenced by the rider to the nearest kilometre. Durably equipped with solid Shimano Deore drive technology and a sensitively appealing Suntour suspension fork, the Ortler Bozen leaves nothing to be desired. LED lighting and smooth-running Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres round off the Ortler Bozen as the perfect touring E-Bike. The perfect symbiosis of the drive unit, battery and the easy-to-use display turns a conventional bicycle into an intelligent, powerful E-Bike. A Bosch electric bike can be driven like any other bicycle, with support depending on pedal pressure. According to the efficient minimum principle, the motor switches itself off automatically as soon as the rider stops pedalling. Sensors for speed, pedalling force and cadence optimally adjust the engine support to the individual driving behaviour. Due to the low weight of all components and the low mounting of the drive, the Bosch E-Bike has an optimal weight distribution, so that even inclines and more demanding stages can be easily pedalled.
