It has a breathable AirBack ventilation system that'll keep you cool and dry with minimal friction, and a shoulder and hip strap system that disperses the weight to help minimise fatigue. You can access the main compartment from both the top and side, so you can easily reach all your gear, even if it's at the bottom of your pack.
