Nordica haven't just resurrected rear entry boots they have totally reworked the concept with the HF 110. Rear entry boots were always popular because they were so simple to get in and out of; in this case HF stands for Hands Free and getting them on and off really is that easy. This special model is also notably light and provides good foot hold for medium and wide feet thanks to clever shaping, some cool features and the excellent custom fitted, pre-formed and impressively warm 3D Cork Fit PrimaLoft liner. Ability Level Overview Fit Medium ankle pocket provides good heel hold, a medium to wide forefoot and and average to high instep. Round toe shape. Shell Infrared PU shell and cuff, mouldable. The HF shell makes performance skiing easy. Using a rear-entry design makes getting the boot on and off exceptionally easy, as well as very simple to clip-up. Key Features HF Buckle Closure and Easy Entry HF means Hands Free. Light, good looking, but especially sleek and well designed. The monolock buckle has never been so intuitive, it's just a matter of pushing it down with your foot and you are done. At the end of your day, you can use your pole to open the back buckle while you remain standing. The Easy Closure creates a huge 40degree opening to ensure it is hassle-free slipping your foot in and out - especially useful for skiers with limited ankle movement. Double Axis Pivot The cuff and the shell of the new HF are specially designed to provide the perfect closure between the cuff parts and the shell. The alignment between the 2 provides unmatched lateral support for immediate ski response. This means easier turns, more stability, perfect control and more fun. IVC Instep Volume Control An adjustable wedge is integrated into the footboard of the boot, when it is flipped into position it increases the height of board by 4mm to remove any excess space over the instep, improving foot hold and comfort, decreasing the need to over-tighten.
