An innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest ensures that when the Elevate tongs are placed down, the head is always raised up to keep working surfaces drip-free and more hygienic. The tongs are gently spring-loaded for easy locking and unlocking using the catch in the handle. Made from stainless steel with a nylon foot and silicone tips that are ideal for use with non-stick cookware and are heat resistant up to 270°C.
