Thanks to the transparent lid, your food will always be in view throughout the process. The instruction manual provided includes a cooking time table, helping you to select the right temperature between 45-90°C and the correct cooking time for your chosen foods. Cooking time can be set in 30-minute increments up to 72 hours. A blue LCD display shoes the selected settings and remaining cooking time.
