Wear it out

A collaboration available exclusively at John Lewis & Partners, It’s All Good Folk celebrates a shared commitment to inspiring design, responsibly produced.

This is fashion made to last.

We love a Hawaiian-inspired shirt in the warm-weather; who doesn't? The laidback vibe just can't be achieved in a regular tee and wearing a shirt makes us feel a bit smarter (even though the print would say otherwise). So seeing It's All Good Folk including one in their AW20 collection, we're pretty happy to say we've found our summer go-to.

Typical of the British brand's unconventional approach to design and part of their ongoing search for the worlds best fabrics, it'll be the intense texture of the fabric that strikes you first. It's super slubby yarn gives it an incredibly soft, lightweight feel; one that's perfectly at home layering tees or as a base layer under macs and aviators.

As the camp collar gives you that signature tropical look, we've got to take a second to talk about the print. Designed in-house specifically for this collection, the leafy print gives it that same warmness that plants to your home; less generic and more something that we've created ourselves.

Finished with the brand's signature logo at the ribs, wear it your way: match, pair, clash, open, closed, buttoned all the way or with a few undone, just so long as you feel like you.

The Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a not-for-profit organisation which exists to ‘make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in, and better for the sector’s future.

BCI works with partners around the world such as WWF, Solidaridad and Cotton Connect to train farmers to produce cotton more sustainably. By buying cotton products from John Lewis & Partners, you’re supporting the training of these farmers to use water efficiently, care for the health of the soil and natural habitats, reduce the use of the most harmful chemicals and apply principles of fair and decent work.
