You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Please note non faulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. UK Mainland delivery only. Delivery: Customer will be contacted within approx. 5 working days of the PO being received by Gallery in order to arrange a suitable delivery time and date. We aim to delivery orders within 3 weeks of receipt of PO the speed of delivery can vary depending on location. At point of delivery the item(s) will be fully assembled in a room of the customer’s choice and all packaging will be removed this will be completed by a specially trained team of Gallery delivery drivers. Customer will be asked to sign a delivery note as proof of receipt. An approved 3rd Party courier may be used if delivery with our fleet is not possible.
