We believe that returning something should be as easy as buying it. If you want to return the bed frame you have a 14-day return policy. The bed frame must be returned unused and in the original packaging simply email your return request to hello@evesleep.co.uk and a member of the team will assist you further. Eve believe in no hassle returns and will collect returns straight from your bedroom for free. Please note: mattress not included. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. UK Mainland delivery only. Eve are currently offering non-contact delivery which means that your parcel can be left in at the entrance to your home if you'd prefer.
