Description
Each art piece starts with me harvesting flowers & ferns from my garden or surrounding forest of my home. I then press these botanicals until they are dried. I adhere them to custom stained & painted wooden plaques which are a rich brown wood with a gold frame. The herbarium label is typed on my vintage typewriter & affixed to the painting. I then seal the entire piece with a clear sealant to prolong the color of the botanicals & add a sawtooth hanger to the back. You can choose from 5 designs in the dropdown menu above. Your art piece will not be truly identical to the photos, as each botanical is slightly different.
