Choose from: A Print on high quality A3 or A4 photographic paper & left unframed A Print on high quality A3 or A4 photographic paper & mounted in a stunning wooden frame fitted with high clarity safety glass. These frames are available in 4 colours & can be freestanding or wall hung to make your personalised family picture a feature in any room in your home. I can accommodate any number of family members & pets but the size of the design may be impacted where larger numbers are featured. PERSONALISATION 1) For each family member you wish to include on the design, please select from the pre-drawn elements in the photographs by noting the code numbers & including all the details in the personalisation box at checkout. 2) Once I have received your order I will begin to work on your design, this time can be from 1-5 days. Once the draft design is complete, I will send you a proof image to approve, I will allow a maximum of 2 draft amendments for minor changes such as correcting wording or swapping elements - custom changes cannot be made to pre-drawn designs & will incur additional costs. 3) Check your etsy messages & review your draft - check all positionings & spellings as refunds & returns cannot be given for mistakes after approval of the draft. 4) After sending the proof, I will wait 48hrs for a response from you. If I have not received a response within this time, I will assume you are happy & I will continue to process your order & no further changes can be made. 5) Following approval of the draft or if 48hrs have lapsed, your image will be printed, after which your item will be packaged & dispatched to you. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Colouring & markings of the pre drawn images cannot be changed, if changes are required this can be completed as a custom order at an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering for a cost estimate. The images will appear on the print as per your chosen image however there may be some slight variations in colour due to differing resolutions of computer screens. If you have other requirements not listed, please contact me for assistance & I will try to design the perfect product for you (additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the request).
