Click which size you require 2) Add your personalisation in the personalisation box provided & give me a description of the people you would like in the print. An example of which could be: Lady with short blonde hair & lady with long blonde hair or Lady with long blonde hair in a pony tail & man with short brown hair 3) Once I receive your order I will create a proof of your print. This can take anywhere from 3-5 days depending on if it's a busy holiday season. If I don't hear back from you within 2 days I will presume all is ok & send out to you. 4) Your order will be sent to you by the postage option you have chosen, it will be packed into a hard backed envelope to save any creasing. - FAQ's What are you posting days? I post any day of the week including Sundays. I use online postage which will give a proof of postage document. Please choose the option for postage. If recorded delivery I will always send you the tracking number Do you post outside of the UK? I am more than happy to post international orders. My prints are sent via normal non tracked post via Royal Mail unless otherwise arranged. Do you accept returns? I cannot accept returns on personalised items. What if there is a mistake on the print? It is your responsibility to ensure that you give me the correct spelling of words. If you have made a mistake then you will have to purchase another item if you want the mistake correcting. If it is my mistake I will always correct this at my cost. I always send a proof via to printing so please please check the spellings thoroughly. Why does the colour look different? Please be aware that colour can vary from screen to screen. Please be careful if using a mobile or tablet which has a tendency to lighten colours Can I have a custom order made?
