Offering a professional bespoke bureau upcycling service. I can procure you an antique bureau, or take an existing bureau that you own & transform it into whatever you choose. Please see the pictures for a selection of bureaus I have already done. From dark to light, blended paints to stenciled lines, wood shades to varnish options, the choice would be yours. The handles can be changed to any of your choice, the drawers & pigeon holes lined with paper of your choice. For a completely bespoke service, please message me to discuss your options & pricing. How it Works: First step will be to contact me on here via the messaging service. Via email we can work out whether I have a bureau in stock that will suit your needs (I pick up second hand bureaus all the time & have a supply in storage waiting to be worked on) or whether you need me to procure you a different one (also easy as they are so readily available) If you are happy with the bureau, we will then arrange a voice or video call where I can show you in my workshop the bureau up close & give you more of an impression of the piece. If you have any ideas of colour choices, handles etc, then this is the time to discuss them with me. If you aren't sure, that is also totally fine, we can discuss ideas, I can send you pictures over the video chat of examples, & at the end of the call we should have an overall idea of how you want the bureau to be finished. Alternatively if you feel more comfortable doing it all via email/messaging, we can make that work too, as long as you are happy. The next step will be me sending you, via email or text, a quote for the work, which includes the original bureau price, the paint, handles & sundries, my labour cost, & delivery charge. This is usually in the region of £395-430 plus delivery. The price on the advert is just an example amount. If this is all OK, then I will ask for a small deposit, then I will begin work.
