An antique Victorian clerks desk with lift up lid & lower cupboard. It is in nice condition & is clean & tidy inside & out. The desk has been designed to be freestanding in the middle of a room so would make a great reception desk for a shop or restaurant. Or as a home desk facing the wall & the cupboard would be hidden or secret storage. The key locks the door but is not removable & would probably have fitted the top writing surface lock too. The top surface is quite high so will need a high stool or chair & can be used standing up. Late Victorian.
