This print is taken from a french book published in 1983. Pierre- Joseph Redoute (1759 - 1840) was a French painter & botanist known for his watercolors of flowers & fruits. He was an official court artist of Queen Marie-Antoinette, nicknamed the Raphal of flowers & has been called the greatest botanical illustrator of all time. Measures of this print ; aprx 9.44 x 12.20 inches / 24 x 31 cm Condition ; Very good condition. The page is nice ivory grany paper. The print is matt with exquisite colors. The reverse side is blank.
