Orders will have a 3 week creating time & will be shipped out 3 weeks from the date purchased. SIZE REFERENCE: 3/4 - Small Breeds/Cats (Font choice depending, can typically fit up to 5 characters) 1 - Medium Breeds (Font choice depending, can typically fit up to 8 characters) 1 1/4 - Large Breeds (Font choice depending, can typically fit up to 10 characters) If you're unsure if your pet's name will fit, please send me a message with the name & font choice! SPLIT RINGS: Each tag comes with (1) 20 mm split ring & (1) 12 mm split ring. - If your pet is more active, please note that the small split ring is delicate & I would suggest only using the larger split ring for security. I do recommend checking your split rings weekly to make sure they are still intact. Dogs tend to play rough & they can open up/unravel if pulled on. PHONE NUMBERS: Are all stamped on the BACK of the tag! You will have the option to add a phone number on the back of your tag when selecting your size preference. PLEASE NOTE: If you provide two phone numbers & they share the same area code, the area code will be stamped at the top in the center, with the rest of the number stamped below & the second stamped below that. MADE WITH LOVE BY HAND: Each tag is made to order & completely stamped by hand. I do use tape to line things up & make them straight, but keep in mind each letter & design is stamped completely by hand, one at a time, not using a machine. Since they are hand stamped, variations may occur. This does not take away from the tag, yet makes it unique :) Each metal stamp is pre-made & purchased in one size. Because of this, I am unable to enlarge (or make smaller) any font or stamp design based upon the size tag you choose - either to make it fit on the smaller size or fill up more space on the larger size. LOST/DAMAGED OR ISSUE UPON ARRIVAL: Unfortunately I am NOT responsible for any damaged or lost tags once they are attached to your pet's collar & inspected by the buyer. However, if there is an issue with your order upon opening your package, please message me with photos right away. CHOKING HAZARD: Tags come with small pieces used to attach to your dog's collar. Small objects can pose a choking hazard. Please keep away from small children & use with adult supervision.
