Shipping Details: We ship either USPS First Class Domestic or First Class International depending on your location. As such, tracking information is included to everywhere inside the United States, & in some cases, countries abroad. If you're an international customer, your country has to participate in the tracking services, otherwise, tracking will only show you your order's journey within the U.S. Once we turn your collar over the the United States Postal Service, we don't have any control of what happens to it from there. If there is an issue with shipping - for example the tracking indicates delivered but you have not received the item, or a delay in new tracking updates occur, please reach out to your post office. They're equipped to handle these scenarios. We'll help as best we can, but once its in transit, there isn't anything we can do to provide you with updates that are not included in the tracking.
