Looking for the perfect bowl for cereal, soup, or a big scoop of ice cream can be challenging. This gem could fit the bill perfectly. This wheel thrown porcelain bowl is not only functional but is very pretty as well, hand painted with in a sweet cherry blossom pattern. Bowl holds approximately 2 cups. Dimensions: 6 wide x 2 1/2 tall Each pot goes through many steps from start to finish, starting with getting thrown on a potter's wheel. The bottom is then trimmed & finished. Once it is fully dry it is fired the first time to approximately 1800 degrees. It is then meticulously painted with underglazes, a clear glaze is applied, & the pot is then fired to approximately 2165 degrees. - All of my pottery is made for everyday use, is dishwasher safe & microwaveable.
