Here for sale we have a gorgeous vintage glass powder bowl by Regent. Made of pressed glass, it dates from the 1950's, & is really lovely. The lid, stamped REGENT of LONDON MADE in ENGLAND on the inside, has decorative gold edging around the sides. The top is set with cream coloured embroidered lace, depicting a design of pink roses & forget-me-nots. It is in excellent condition, & is unusual because it has its original box & wrapping. Though in generally good condition, the box does have some marks & loss of finish in places, but is still sturdy, with a bright red colour. Regent were very well known for their lovely dressing table pieces & powder bowls. The total height is just over 6 cm or 2.25 inches, & the diameter at the top is 10 cm or 4 inches. It could also be used for candles, flowers, sweets... Lovely for a dressing table or desk. Thank you so much for looking!
