PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. You are ordering a FAMILY OF 3 only (not including pets). If you want a different family size you must choose it from that category. 2. Let us know the names you want on your ornament by using the image as a guide. WARNING: Each ornament has one person that has eyelashes that cannot be removed. Please know this when placing your names. 3. If you are adding pets, use the Pet Options drop-down menu to let us know how many (if any) pets you want added. Next, you MUST reference the Pet Chart thumbnail picture when letting us know the numbers/letters of your pets. Don't forget to let us know the names of your pets as well. Pets will be placed where they look & fit best. 4. If you request the year be put on the ornament, it will be placed where we feel it looks best unless you specify. If you want a different year, just let us know. 5. We CANNOT change any colors on the ornament. It will come exactly as pictured with the names you request. 6. Please provide a cell number & email address in case we have a question with your order. We find a lot of customer mistakes, so this will save time.
