All items sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post so allow at least 1-3 working days for delivery (longer close to Xmas) - this is NOT a guaranteed or next day service We cannot add gift notes in with orders These stunning decorations can be personalised with the CHILDS FIRST NAME only (eg. Sarah) - we can only change the name as shown - we cannot use custom messages or add extra text. The decoration measures approx. 100mm x 100mm & comes with a FREE Red Velvet Drawstring Gift Bag; it arrives ready to hang with a pre-tied 5mm wide Red Satin Ribbon. The outer part is made from 4mm Cherry Veneer Wood which has a subtle wood grain & is professionally engraved with a snowflake design; the inner part is made from 3mm Clear Acrylic with the text printed on it. The two parts are joined together with a small split ring so it looks like the inner part is floating. Production & Delivery Times We dispatch all orders the same working day via Royal Mail 1st Class Post if the order & details are received by 3pm (Monday - Friday only).
