I made a farmhouse decor Meduim/ LARGE Halloween witch hat from a vintage quilt. All frayed edges ! I tied a frayed cheescloth around the base of the hat. The top part of the hat has a inside seam.But the bottom round part has raw unfinished edges. Since this is made from vintage , there may be a few charmingly tattered parts. the size is about 11 inch tall & across the base 11 1/2 inches. These are just decorative & not to wear!!
