To keep our costs to you as low as possible we supply all our jewellery in organza gift bags which are lightweight & able to post in large letter bubble wrap envelopes. 6 - My item hasn't arrived yet? All postal times are estimated & once in the hands of the postal service I no longer have control over postal times but will always try to ensure from my side that your item will be posted within 24/48 after the order is posted. 7 - I've been asked to pay customs charges, Why? Every item that gets posted into another country is liable to customs charges after a certain amount. Costs are dependant on the country.
