MUG DETAILS. - We use A+ 11oz ceramic mugs for all of our personalised mugs. - All mugs are Printed by ourselves in the UK.We use a sublimation ink heat process with all out mugs. This ensures that all images are bright & vivid & leave a lasting impression on the mug. - Due to the sublimation process we use your mug will be microwave & top shelf dishwasher safe. - Image will be printed on both sides. if you want a personalised message on the other then please leave me a note at checkout. - All our mugs come with a branded white gift box as standard. We can gift wrap this in tissue if required. PROCESSING - We aim to get all our mugs made & dispatched within 3 working days.
