It is plastic & comes with a bow & ribbon for hanging. NOTE: Ribbon styles may vary. I reserve the right to substitute ribbon if/as needed on ANY ornament. Most of the time I have the ribbon seen in the photo in stock. Sometimes I can't always get a ribbon style or color, or it may be out of stock or even discontinued. I don't always have a chance to take a new photo if that happens. However, I will always try to choose the best color/style to coordinate with your ornament!
