HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALISED CHRISTMAS BAUBLE: - Choose the number of owls in your family from the drop down menu - Add the names as you would like them to be added from left to right on the ornament to the personalisation box. - Add the message that you would like below the owls in the personalisation box. We print directly onto our ceramic tree decorations using a state of the art printer, then coat the print with a matt gloss to ensure your Christmas keepsake will last year after year. The circular ceramic bauble measures approximately 7.3cm x 7.3cm & is finished with a red ribbon. A gift box can be added if required so that it can be packed up safely each year. International deliveries come with a gift box as standard to ensure safe delivery. We aim to make & dispatch our personalised goods within one working day to ensure you receive your gift as fast as possible. We dispatch our personalised gifts Monday-Friday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Uk deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 24 which normally takes 1-3 working days to arrive & is an estimate by Royal Mail, not a guarantee. If you need your personalised gift to arrive by a specific date, we'd advise upgrading to Special Delivery during checkout, & it is guaranteed to arrive the following working day once dispatched. International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed Mail, will be delivered by your national postal service & will require a signature in most cases.
