All you have to do is slip the glass cylinder into the wood vase & it is ready to hold your fresh or dried floral of choice. To add fresh florals, add water & your floral of choice to your glass cylinder. Then, ensuring the outer surface of the glass cylinder is dry, slip the glass cylinder into the wood vase. Care: Ophelia has been hand finished to give the wood a natural soft satin sheen. The finish also conditions through the layers of wood, providing added protection against scratches & some water resistance. Take care to avoid any contact with water or sitting water on the wood segments as this can penetrate & distort the wood over time. INDOOR USE ONLY. Dust regularly with a dry, soft lint-free cloth. Do not clean wood vase using water or chemicals. Do not bring wood vase in contact with water. To clean the glass cylinder, simply push the glass up from the bottom of the wood vase & clean the glass cylinder with warm soapy water.
