Personalisation & How to Order Follow the steps below, its easy! 1. in the personalisation box below, state the initial & name you would like printed on the mug 2. Select the text style you would like the name (see images) 3. Please specify if you would like any specific colours other than the one on the display picture. Contact Each item is made specifically to your requirements, so if you require something different & you can't find it, please do get in contact & we will be more than happy to help you create it! If we require any clarification regarding your order, we will contact you to ensure your order is designed to your exact requirements. Delivery & Returns All orders are personally hand designed & printed by us, so once your order has been placed, please allow us 3-5 working days to process your order & dispatch your items. However we can generally complete orders within 2 - 3 working days, depending on the quantity of orders we have. We offer free postage on all of our orders using 2nd Class Royal mail. As all of our products are personalised to your requirements, unfortunately we cannot take any returns.
